Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cobra Commender ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Cobra Commender mobile game and related services.
By downloading, installing, or playing Cobra Commender, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the game.
Important: These Terms include provisions that limit our liability and require you to resolve disputes with us through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
You May NOT:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the game
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks
- Sell, rent, lease, or transfer your account
- Use the game for commercial purposes without our permission
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Account Activity
All activities that occur under your account
Unauthorized Access
Notifying us immediately of any security breach
Age Requirements
Being at least 13 years old (or age of consent in your country)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
User Conduct
You agree to use the game in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Harassment & Abuse
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players through chat or gameplay
Cheating & Exploits
Using third-party software, hacks, or exploiting game bugs for unfair advantage
Offensive Content
Sharing hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content
Impersonation
Impersonating other players, moderators, or Cobra Commender staff
Illegal Activities
Engaging in or promoting illegal activities through the game
In-Game Purchases
Cobra Commender is free to play, but offers optional in-game purchases for virtual items and currency.
Virtual Items
All purchases are for a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use virtual items within the game. Virtual items have no real-world value.
Payment Processing
All purchases are processed through your platform's payment system (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy.
No Refunds
All sales are final unless required by law. We do not provide refunds for virtual items once delivered.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing for virtual items at any time without prior notice.

All content in Cobra Commender, including but not limited to:

Graphics & Art
Music & Sounds
Text & Dialogue
Trademarks
Game Mechanics
...is owned by Cobra Commender or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitations
As-Is Basis
The game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobra Commender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
- Discontinuation of the game
Upon termination, your right to use the game will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Score Upload & Leaderboard
Cobra Commender features a global leaderboard that displays users' in-game scores to foster competition and community engagement.
Disclosure of Score Upload
By enabling the global leaderboard feature, you explicitly consent to the app uploading your anonymized score data (e.g., username/score pairs, without personal identifiers like email or device ID) to our servers for ranking and display purposes.
User Consent Requirement
Prior to any score upload, the app will prompt you with a clear consent dialog. You must actively accept to enable uploads. Withdrawing consent at any time will prevent further uploads and remove your scores from the leaderboard.
Opt-Out & Deletion
You may disable the global leaderboard in the app settings at any time, which stops all uploads and allows score deletion from our servers upon request.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
Cobra Commender allows users to interact, chat, and display profile information ("User Content"). We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Zero Tolerance: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We do not tolerate behavior that is harassing, threatening, bullying, defamatory, offensive, illegal, or hateful.
Objectionable Content Includes:
Sexually Explicit Materials
Pornography or nudity
Hate Speech
Discrimination or promotion of violence based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
Harassment & Bullying
Threats against other users or abusive behavior
Illegal Activities
Promotion of illegal drugs or unlawful activities
Content Filtering & Safety Mechanisms
To ensure a safe environment, Cobra Commender employs the following mechanisms:
Content Filtering
Automated systems and manual moderation to filter objectionable content
Reporting Mechanism
Flag objectionable content or abusive behavior anonymously
Blocking System
Immediately block abusive users to prevent further contact
How to Report Content
Find the "Report" button next to any chat message or on a user's profile. Tap the button to submit an anonymous report to our moderation team. All reports are completely anonymous and confidential.
How to Block Users
Navigate to the chat with the user you want to block, tap the "i" (Information) button, select the "Block" option, and confirm. The user will be immediately blocked and cannot contact you again.
Developer Action & Removal Policy
We take all reports of objectionable content seriously and strictly enforce the following timeline:
24-Hour Action Guarantee
Upon receiving a report of objectionable content, our moderation team will review the report and act within 24 hours.
Immediate Removal
If content is found to be in violation of these Terms, it will be removed immediately.
Ejection/Ban
Users who are found to have posted objectionable content or engaged in abusive behavior will be ejected from the service. This may result in a temporary suspension or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cobra Commender operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the game shall be resolved through:
- 1. Informal negotiation for 30 days
- 2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
- 3. Small claims court for eligible disputes
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
Your continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the game.
