By downloading, installing, or using Cobra Commender ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Important: Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
1.1 Disclosure of Score Upload
Cobra Commender features a global leaderboard that displays users' in-game scores to foster competition and community engagement. By enabling the global leaderboard feature, you explicitly consent to the app uploading your anonymized score data (e.g., username/score pairs, without personal identifiers like email or device ID) to our servers for ranking and display purposes.
Privacy First: The app does not upload this data without your prior, affirmative consent.
1.2 User Consent Requirement
Prior to any score upload, the app will prompt you with a clear consent dialog explaining:
What data is collected
Anonymized scores only (username and score)
The purpose
Leaderboard ranking and community engagement
How to opt out
Instructions to disable the feature at any time
You must actively accept to enable uploads. Withdrawing consent at any time will prevent further uploads and remove your scores from the leaderboard.
1.3 No Personal Data Collection Without Notice
No personal data is collected or uploaded via the leaderboard without your explicit knowledge and consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
Transparency Guarantee: We are committed to full transparency about what data we collect and how we use it.
1.4 Opt-Out and Deletion
You may disable the global leaderboard in the app settings at any time, which stops all uploads and allows score deletion from our servers upon request.

Toggle off the "Global Leaderboard" option
Request Deletion
Contact us to delete your scores from our servers
User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
Cobra Commender allows users to interact, chat, and display profile information ("User Content"). We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community.
2.1 Zero Tolerance Policy
Zero Tolerance: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We do not tolerate behavior that is harassing, threatening, bullying, defamatory, offensive, illegal, or hateful.
2.2 Definition of Objectionable Content
Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to:
Sexually Explicit Materials
Pornography or nudity
Hate Speech
Discrimination or promotion of violence based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
Harassment & Bullying
Threats against other users or abusive behavior
Illegal Activities
Promotion of illegal drugs or unlawful activities
Content Filtering and Safety Mechanisms
To ensure a safe environment, Cobra Commender employs the following mechanisms:
Content Filtering
Automated systems and manual moderation to filter objectionable content
Reporting Mechanism
Flag objectionable content or abusive behavior anonymously
Blocking System
Immediately block abusive users to prevent further contact
3.2 How to Report Content
Locate Report Button
Find the "Report" button next to any chat message or on a user's profile
Submit Report
Tap the button to submit an anonymous report to our moderation team
We Take Action
Our team reviews and acts on all reports within 24 hours
Privacy Protected: All reports are completely anonymous and confidential.
3.3 How to Block Users
Open Chat Section
Navigate to the chat with the user you want to block
Tap Information Button
Tap the "i" (Information) button in the chat interface
Select Block Option
Choose the "Block" option from the menu
Confirm Action
Press "Block" to confirm. The user will be immediately blocked
Developer Action and Removal Policy
We take all reports of objectionable content seriously and strictly enforce the following timeline:
24-Hour Action Guarantee
Upon receiving a report of objectionable content, our moderation team will review the report and act within 24 hours.
Immediate Removal
If content is found to be in violation of these Terms, it will be removed immediately.
Ejection/Ban
Users who are found to have posted objectionable content or engaged in abusive behavior will be ejected from the service. This may result in a temporary suspension or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, specifically regarding the safety and UGC policies outlined above.
Notice: Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination without warning.
